OSI was outstanding. Their communication was fantastic. They handled everything door to door. Although I stated my things arrived more than three weeks late, they weren't very specific on how long it would take. I shipped my items at the end of March and they arrived almost in August, which was more time then I would have preferred but due to customs issues in India, nothing the company would have control over, things got delayed. I would definitely recommend them as the cost was very reasonable and things arrived in good condition.
